Lately the best pizza I have eaten. I tried their prosciutto pizza, loved it. You must come here! Very kind and friendly staff! Tiramisu could be better!

Took part in a pizza making master class led by Jamie. WOW! It certainly was a master class. You get to practice the dough part until it was perfected learning all the science bits about it as you go. Lots of choice for the toppings including BBQ sauce for the heathens ;) Don’t forget to ask for the smoked mozzarella because it’s banging! The cocktails at Green Door which is the Bella Mia bar are perfect. Whatever it is that tickles your taste buds- sweet, sour, smoky - they have it all. The Quay Lime Pie, The Smoky Sunset & Just to Clarify were our top 3. Thanks everyone at Bella Mia & Green Door for making my birthday the best!

The Pizza here, oh my goodness. The pizza is gooood. I’m not a big fan of pizzas in general but I absolutely loved the one I had in this restaurant! We walked in for late lunch (3pm) the restaurant was completely empty and it was actually nice to be able to talk to the staff to get recommendations and just talk about the restaurant as a whole, which is rare nowadays. I’m lactose intolerant and the chef said he could make any pizza suitable for me, as in he would remove the cheese from any of the pizzas I’d like; instead of just picking from the vegan options. That was awesome of him (thank you!). I ended up having the pizza called The Herd and sharing a garlic bread with my husband, he had The Garlic Mushroom pizza which he also enjoyed. We were very full after our lunch and would recommend the pizzas here!

Enjoyed a meal with friends at Bella Mia on a Friday evening. Fortunately we were able to sit outside as even in late October the weather was dry and warm. We all had pizza’s of different varieties, which were freshly made and cooked in a real flame pizza oven. We also had a starter of garlic bread which served all six of us. The pizzas were light and full of flavour. Would recommend booking in advance if you wish to ensure seating inside as there aren’t many tables, you can sit at the chefs bar and eat but really this would only suit couples. The service was good and the food was quickly provided. There is also a cocktail bar at the rear of the restaurant which looks very atmospheric within a brick arched ceiling and music. The only niggle was the automatic inclusion of a service charge which is optional but as it has already been added to the bill, you do feel obligated to pay it, personally we didn’t appreciate that as we felt that a service charge should be an optional add-on when you pay, not an optional removal. The pizza prices ranged from £13 for a Margarita but generally the pizzas cost about £15 to £18, other Italian foods available.

Can’t say anything about the food because we just went there for some cocktails. However, the cocktails were amazing, especially “Cool as a Cucumber”. The place itself is very cozy, the music is a bit loud, so it’s hard to have a proper conversation. I would still definitely go there again and try the pizza which looked delicious too!
